Welcome to Sunshine Window Cleaning. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services
Sunshine Window Cleaning provides residential and commercial window cleaning services, including interior and exterior cleaning, screen cleaning, and related services.
2. Scheduling & Access
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time. If we are unable to access the property, a cancellation or service fee may apply.
3. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept. check, credit/debit cards, venmo, or cash payment.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
5. Weather Conditions
Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather for safety and quality reasons.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
7. Liability
While we take every precaution, Sunshine Window Cleaning is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage to windows or property

Faulty window seals or glass defects

Water intrusion due to poor window condition
8. SMS/Text Messaging
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages regarding appointments, service updates, and billing.
